Here’s what some of our clients have to say...
"I found Rosemary to be a very skilled coach.
I felt straight away that she was committed to the job she was doing and would approach the whole thing very diligently, and she proved me right.
Rosemary is a great listener. Her approach to coaching is to let you discover the answers yourself, with the assistance of some subtle, yet very powerful and insightful questions, in response to what you have shared with her.
I would highly recommend Rosemary as a coach to any Chief Executive or Director who is considering finding a coach."
Tom McCormack, Chief Executive, Hexagon Housing Association.
"I had executive coaching with Rosemary Sandham of Sandiar for six sessions over six months.
My reasons for wanting coaching were to explore my career options and manage various major initiatives I had to deal with.
The coaching sessions were invaluable in that they enabled me to take time out, address issues in a holistic manner and in the final stages, enabled me to develop a well thought through action plan for my future career.
I found the coaching programme to be the best learning I had been on for a very long time. They gave me a chance to examine my leadership style and explore some personal issues.
I have no hesitation in recommending Rosemary as a coach based on my experience."
S Clydesdale Cotter, Executive Director Hestia Housing & Support
"Coaching has really challenged and enabled me to find solutions to a variety of problems. It has provided me with a supportive space where I can be creative, develop ideas and share my vision both for myself and my organisation."
John Ackrill, Chief Executive Grove Housing
"Coaching has had an enormous impact on me as Chief Executive working in a highly pressurized environment. I leave sessions feeling energized and more confident and really excited about the changes I am going to make-and I make changes, lots of them, in fact, my life has changed in many ways since I started coaching. I am a more effective leader and my performance in general has improved."
Sean Canning Chief Executive North Kensington Law Centre
"I have enjoyed the coaching sessions enormously. Rosemary is skilled at making her clients think about their needs, at making them feel positive about themselves and envisaging a future where they have achieved their goals. This all makes it seem more possible to achieve one’s objectives.
I believe my attitude has been much more positive since the coaching started and this has been instrumental in me securing a new post in the private sector."
