How We Can Help

Mindful Leadership Programme

Organisations need mindful, leaders who are aware, adaptive, resilient and resonant, possessing the skills to face challenges in fast paced, dynamic environments. People can learn to be more mindful, training the brain to change the mind. We learn to be attentive to our thinking process and the effects on decisions and behaviour. We gain insight and clarity which enables us to move from automatic, habitual positions to being more aware and responsive.

Research has demonstrated that leaders who are mindful are more successful.

Programme structure

The Mindful Leadership programme runs for two hours a week over eight weeks with an all day retreat. Participants will learn to train the brain to change the mind to:

  • Develop emotional intelligence
  • Develop skilful communication
  • Understand the four intelligences: conceptual, physical, emotional and relational.
  • Develop awarenes of the thinking process and the effects on decisions and behaviour.
  • Gain insight and clarity which enables a shift from automatic, habitual positions to being more aware and responsive.
